The auto-lube pump purpose is to feed 2-stroke oil into the stock carb. This set up is perfect for a stock bike. But once you start adding more fuel, you will run into leaning problems. (Lean= oil vs. fuel not fuel vs. air.) The best way to fix this is to go pre-mix, no more oil injection. This  Auto-lube Delete Plate will cover the hole left from removing the Auto-lube pump.

DROWsports Auto-lube Delete Plate will work on all Yamaha Zuma/Grand Axis engines.

What you will need:
-Philip Screwdriver
-Pliers
-Purple or Blue strength thread lock
-flashlight
-a can of brake cleaner (not necessary)


1. Remove Side Cover :There are four philip screws holding the side cover on.

2. Remove front Cover: Unplug the spark plug wire and make sure to unplug anything that is attached to the cover.

3. Remove the two screws holding the auto-lube pump: You need a Philip screwdriver to take off the two screws holding the A.L.P. BE CAREFUL NOT TO STRIP THE SCREWS.

4. Pull out the A.L.P.You may need to use a pair of pliers.

5. Cleaning Using the can of brake cleaner, spray and clean the oil off the motor.

6. Install the Drowsports Auto-lube Pump Delete: Only use blue or purple strength thread lock to secure the screw from coming loose.

7. Last step: Put everything back!
