The Honda Ruckus should of came with a Lower Seat Frame from the factory. Lowering the seat allows the rider to seat and have their foot lay flat on the ground, it also helps with aerodynamics. Many people notice a few mph gain just from installing the Ruckus Lower Seat Frame. For some its the first and only mods on their Ruckus is the Lower Seat Frame.
