Warehouse & Technical Support

 

DROWsports & our sister companies are looking for someone to fill the role of Warehouse & Technical Support. DROWsports is primarily an online store that specializes in mini bikes and scooters like the Honda Grom, Ruckus, or Zuma 125. We are currently hiring for a full-time individual that can handle packaging and customer support regarding technical questions to installation, application, parts and accessories. 

 

Experience:

  • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable on technical questions regarding mini bikes/scooters, car parts, engine parts, and any other products associated with the DROWsports product line
  • Efficient at picking and packing customer orders and restocking inventory
  • Has as a deep understanding and interest for the JDM scene
  • Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills

 

Physical Demands

 

Potential candidates must be able to successfully meet the physical demands described on this job. These physical demands represent the essential functions of this job.

  • Must be able to lift and carry products and supplies up to 25 to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Climb up and down stairs/ladders to retrieve and stock inventory
  • Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees including squatting, kneeling and twisting
  • Verify information in small print efficiently including SKU numbers and barcodes

  • Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM

Administrative Assistant & Customer Support

 

We are a mini-moto online retailer in Signal Hill, CA specializing in premium parts for Honda Grom, Honda Ruckus, Yamaha Zuma and more.

Our company seeks qualified candidates with strong character and a hard work ethic. This job is for an individual who is capable of performing and managing multiple e-commerce related tasks. Someone who is focused, great with customers, has experience in e-commerce.

 

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer service related phone calls
  • Assist with in-person sales
  • Complete Warranty Requests
  • Create various troubleshooting/RMA/return cases
  • Sending out warranty requests
  • Calling Vendors for inventory
  • Organizing Invoices
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Process orders on e-commerce platform and other selling channels
  • Adding new products on all e-commerce platforms with detailed description
