Website Coordinator / Customer Service

This role is for a Website Administrator, Customer Service, Customer Loyalty, Rider Support all in one. Having knowledge and experience in the motorcycle/automotive parts industry is a huge plus!

You have to love anything with a motor, motorcycle, scooter or cars. You have to be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written.

This position focuses on customer interaction via phone, email, social channels and forums, taking service to another level by facilitating all aspects of customer interaction with well-placed flare.

Responsibilities :

  • Updates via CMS
  • Research and develop product content
  • Product review and blog updates
  • Daily order processing
  • Customer Service (walk-in sales, emails, phone etc..)
  • Manage industry forum posts

Necessary Skills:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, retail environments (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic SEO (Meta Data, Interlinking, Quality Content)
  • Concentrated mental and visual attention for sustained periods
  • Must be detailed oriented, attentive and organized
  • Must like people. We help riders everyday. All day. If you don't like people, you won't dig it here.
  • Must get excited and want to learn about a combination of some of the following: scooter riding, racing or modification.
