This Honda Grom/MSX125 Regulator Rectifier is a genuine OEM Honda Part. These rectifiers are designed to fit all model Honda Groms from 2014+. This is a genuine Honda part directly from Honda. Although this part is designated for 2017, it works with older year models to allow LED headlight conversions. The rectifier converts alternating current to direct current and acts as a one-way valve to prevent electricity from back flowing. This also maintains the amount of flow which regulates the amount of voltage. Incorrect or damaged regulator rectifiers can cause overcharged batteries and burned out fuses. There is also a chance with fake or off-brand rectifiers burning or causing electrical surges, this can be extremely dangerous to you and your motorcycle.
