DROWsports DROWspec'd Honda Grom/Monkey Cylinder Head is our own original design that features unique qualities that we've implemented to set it apart from everyone else. This is not your typical Ported Big Valve Cylinder Head.

Benefits of our Cylinder Heads
Our fully built cylinder heads use the OEM Honda base cylinder heads. This offers a true and surefire fitment onto your cylinder. Each OEM cylinder head is ported to match the KOSO 34mm intake manifold and throttle body. The design of porting that our head offers maintains a smooth and consistent surface for air to flow on. Removing any major lips or sharp edges that can cause air to tumble or limit flow. By keeping a similar diameter intake and exhaust tract, there are no longer any air limitations entering and exiting. This is achieved by using top-line equipment.

To match the new larger intake and exhaust we've paired it with larger intake and exhaust valves. This is the next step for your piston to receive and expel the proper amount of air. Before installing, the valve seats get CNC machined for a flush and perfect fit. Having a precise fit for valves ensures no leaking. Having a valve that doesn't seat correctly due to improper machining can cause a burnt valve. Burnt valves won't transmit heat through the head properly causing it to become extremely hot. This can severely damage your top end and not allow your vehicle to run properly. Ours are made to match the 27mm intake valve and 21.5mm exhaust valve.
