Payment Policy

DROWsports accepts the following payment methods through our secure online website.

    • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) shipping address must match billing address. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.
    • DROWsports PayPal Address: [email protected]
    • Note: We only accept PayPal payments from VERIFIED accounts with a CONFIRMED shipping address.
    • PayPal payment is due within 24 hours of the order. If PayPal payment is not received with the order, the order will be canceled.
    • International Orders: DROWsports will ONLY accept PayPal. PayPal payment must be listed as a Seller Protection Policy 'Eligible' on the transaction details page and must be a CONFIRMED address. Payments will be accepted in U.S. currency only.
    • We DO NOT accept International Credit Cards.

Note: All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-road application.

  • It is the User/Buyer's responsibility to know their local City and State Laws.
  • Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of aftermarket part(s) may void warranty coverage if any on your vehicle.
  • User/Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with use of any aftermarket parts.

Shipping Policy

 

DROWsports will not be liable for any missing or lost package after the tracking information shows that it’s delivered. If you have an issue with your package, please reach out to DROWsports at [email protected] within 24 hours. 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being received. In cases where an item is out of stock, on backorder, or is a special order item, DROWsports will notify customer via email with an approximate ETA.

  • Transit time for US Continental Shipment: 1-5 business days
  • Transit time for International Shipment: 5-14 business days

 

International Orders 

International orders may be subject to Import Fees that customers must pay and are responsible for prior to receiving their package. DROWsports is not held liable for any additional charges regarding import fees. In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. If the customer would like to return or exchange an item, they are responsible for the shipping costs to get the item returned to DROWsports. If you have questions about Import fees, please reach out to your Customs Department.

 

Shortage / Damage Packages

If you receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must contact DROWsports within 24 hours or a claim cannot be filed.

  • All packing material with the original shipping carton must be kept with the item
  • Do Not return damaged items without prior approval. A Return Request is required.
  • Claims for shortage of items or discrepancies must be made within 24 hours after receipt of merchandise.

Exchange Policy

Unused, undamaged, and unopened manufacturers packing are eligible for an exchange without restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization number. In the package please include a brief note of the correct item it is to be exchanged with. We understand the importance of compatibility and having the right parts, please feel free to contact us in advance if you have any questions about the right part for you.

Returns Policy

DROWsports will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions as stated below are met, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, which must be clearly marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility. No return will be accepted without invoice number and/or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by DROWsports within 7 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Returns will be inspected and credited within 24 hours. Once credited, please allow 2-3 days for it to be applied to your account.

  • Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. All packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.
  • All returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to DROWsports within 7 days of receiving an RMA number.
  • RMA number(s) expire 7 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
  • All returns must be sent Prepaid - We DO NOT accept any freight collect or COD packages.
  • Ensure the returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS.
  • No returns or exchanges on Special order and Electrical items unless they are defective.
  • No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, used, or painted. All items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged.
  • Write a brief description of the problem with the product.
  • All returns excluding defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • DROWSPORTS DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES

Cancellation Policy

Please call our Customer Service immediately at (562) 494-4990 to cancel an order.

  • All canceled orders will assess a 10% cancellation fee.
  • DROWsports must confirm that your order has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees.

Orders already shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.

Any refused shipments sent back to DROWsports does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with DROWsports for refused shipments. Customer will be charged freight expenses associated with the refused shipment as well as a 20% restocking fee on all shipped products.
