The method of using epoxy resin and merging it with the carbon fiber provides the best method for weight and strength. This method provides extreme rigidity while being able to be lightweight and thin, improving the bending strength. The wet carbon is much weaker and more fragile. It can easily be broken due to vibration, however, it has a glossy finish. Each battery box is handmade so no two are the same.
