Every year, Killerscooter plans his annual Super Sunday event. And every year, we donate and sponsor this ride. Super Sunday 2019 was no different. We knew this was going to be a long weekend as the event was estimated to be 100 miles one way. But let’s roll back a day to the start of Super Sunday Weekend.
Saturday – May 18th, 2019
DROWsports' annual Super Saturday event was held the day before the ride.
Mid-day was hot, but the clouds were rolling in, and it looked like there was a possibility of rain. We prepped as best as possible with our canopy and chairs and tables indoors. Luckily for us, we only saw a slight sprinkle late in the evening.
As usual, we got a chance to check out everyone’s beautifully built bikes, from the Honda Monkey to Swapped Metropolitans.
All in all, it was a great event with some of the best Pork Belly Tacos I’ve had in a while! At the end of the night, both kegs were tapped out, and all the food was sold out.
