CBR Manual Air Idle Control (AIC)

If your CBR250R or CBR300R has ever hunted, surged, or hung at idle, you already know the factory IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) is the usual suspect. Our Manual Air Idle Control replaces that electronic stepper setup with a simple, manually-adjustable air bleed — so you set the idle, and it stays exactly where you put it.

This is a favorite for race and track builds where you want the electronic idle control out of the equation, and it's a clean fix when a stock IACV gets clogged, worn, or just flat-out fails. Running a piggyback or standalone ECU? A manual AIC takes idle out of the ECU's hands and hands it to you — no more fighting the stepper motor for control.

Turn the adjuster in for less idle air, out for more. Cold-start, warm idle, post-tune touch-ups — it's all a screwdriver away.
