CODO 2022+ Zuma 125 Performance Variator Kit

The CODO NEW 2022+ Zuma 125 Performance Variator Kit is an upgraded CVT component designed to enhance power and maximize the potential of your motor. This comprehensive kit includes a new variator, drive face, clutch springs, torque spring, weights, and a boss.

The stock OEM Yamaha Zuma 125 variator is not optimized for performance and can sometimes limit the power output. Each component in the CODO kit is specifically designed to work together seamlessly. The upgraded variator features a new design with proper ramp angles, allowing the belt to move up and down more efficiently, making full use of the variator.

The kit offers several weight options in sets of three, allowing you to mix and match to achieve the optimal centrifugal force for the right gear change. The correct combination of weights is essential for achieving the best take-off to speed ratio, tailored to your scooter usage, size, and location.

In addition to the weights, the kit includes clutch springs and a larger torque spring, chosen to match the variator's ramp angles and weights, resulting in speed and torque gains. For maximum performance improvement, be sure to install all components included in the kit.

This variator kit can unlock hidden performance in your Zuma 125, potentially increasing top speed by up to 10 mph. We recommended to replace your belt when installing new CVT components like the variator, clutch, or secondary pulley.
