CODO Racing 155cc Big Bore Kit - Zuma 125

CODO Racing develops high-performance drag/race scooters. They manufacture precision machined and quality built components like cylinders, pistons, cylinder heads and more. Their smaller cubic centimeter parts are no exception to their quality and performance. The 155cc Big Bore for the Zuma 125 is a direct fit with the OEM Zuma 125 Cylinder Head. This kit includes a new 58.5mm cylinder and forged piston. The cylinder comes with a treated exterior for better heat dissipation and durability against the elements. Their 58.5mm piston is a CNC Machined, forged, high compression piston. The piston includes the wrist pin, piston rings, and wrist pin clips. This fits the stock OEM head and valve sizes. Replacement roller rocker arms that are more durable are included. It also includes a replacement camshaft to utilize the new amount of power the cylinder is pushing out. To accommodate the new piston and cylinder, a 140cc flow rated injector is included.

This kit will increase your vehicle's performance to approximately 13.5 horsepower! Horsepower depends on the overall build quality and treatment and machining done to the cylinder head, piston, and other components.
