DROWsports PC20 Big Carb Kit for the Honda Ruckus NPS50 is a complete kit with all the components for installation. OEM Honda Ruckus Carburetors are 15mm in size and after certain speeds, it won't keep up. We use a Genuine OEM Honda Keihin PC20 Japanese carburetor. This ensures quality and consistency when using it on any Ruckus. This is 5mm bigger providing more room for the engine to intake air and fuel. The high-performance 20mm carburetor provides a more crisp throttle response while offering more acceleration and power. It will eliminate the stock OEM air box offering a much free-flowing carburetor. This is perfect for anyone who wants to get the most power out of their Ruckus. It will work on 2003+ Honda Ruckus GET 50 engines.

Our specially designed intake manifold utilizes a simple design to prevent heat transfer and proper connection. It uses a solid end for mounting and a rubber end to prevent the heat transfer. This means no chances of air leaks and reduced power due to overheating the fuel or fuel lines. Overheated carburetor and fuel lines can cause excess pressure and carburetor flooding.

Installation Notes

The kit also includes the proper throttle cable fitment. The stock OEM cable will not work with the newly upgraded carburetor. Be sure to route the cable the same way as not to bind up. The OEM floorboard under the seat may require trimming or removable in order to better fit the throttle cable and carburetor.

Our kit was designed to be used with aftermarket parts including the CDI, variator, and ignition coil. It will also be needed to be rejected.

The PC20 must be ground down on the bottom so it clears the engine. We also trim the choke lever for better clearance.
