Mikuni DF-44 Vacuum Fuel Pump

Mikuni Vacuum pump will work on both two-stroke and four-stroke engines. This universal fuel pump is a common choice for Ruckus engine swaps. Not only are these a much more affordable replacement than stock fuel pumps, but it also is easily rebuildable. This only requires a few gaskets and o-rings that need to be replaced. The way this works is it uses the crankcase of the engine pressure to pump fuel from the tank directly into the carburetor. However, this may lead to excessive fuel so it is recommended to divert excess fuel from the carburetor back into the fuel tank. Be sure to run the fuel line higher than float bowl or with a check valve to prevent backflow.
