OEM Honda Grom 125 Head Gasket (2022+)

The cylinder head gasket is one of the hardest-working seals in your engine. Sandwiched between the cylinder barrel and cylinder head, it must simultaneously contain combustion pressures, seal engine oil passages, and withstand constant thermal cycling — all without failing. When it does wear out or blow, you'll notice it fast: milky oil, coolant loss (on liquid-cooled engines), white exhaust smoke, loss of compression, or rough running are all classic signs.

For the 2022+ Grom, Honda revised the engine with a new bore and stroke configuration (50mm × 63.1mm) and a redesigned top end — meaning earlier Grom head gaskets are not interchangeable with this generation. Part# 12251-K26-G01 is the correct OEM-spec gasket engineered specifically for this updated powerplant.
