The Polini Variator for Honda Ruckus or Metropolitan transmits power of the engine to the rear wheel while keeping the engine in an exactly defined rev-band. The Polini variator offers the advantage of a wider range of adjustment. If correct weights are used this will increase acceleration as well as the top speed of your Honda Ruckus Honda Metropolitan 50cc. It provides a different ramp angle for the weights to roll on which in return helps increase the performance of the weights. The interior is also specially coated for ease of sliding, causing fewer interruptions for the sliders to move back and forth freely. The variator kit itself comes with 6x6.9g and 6x5.6g weights. Although we recommend replacing these with Dr. Pulley Sliders for the optimum performance. This variator is key to provide the variator with enough flexibility for more upgraded parts. Please keep in mind this kit does not include a belt or sliders.
