RZR 170 Crankshaft Seal (CVT Side) (25x38x7mm) #18

This is the crankshaft oil seal on the CVT side of your RZR 170 — the seal that rides on the crank where the drive clutch mounts (diagram reference #18, Polaris OEM #0452341). Its whole job is keeping engine oil sealed inside the case and off your clutch and belt.

Here's why this little seal matters way more than it looks: when a crank seal on the CVT side goes, oil weeps out right into the clutch housing. Oil on a dry CVT belt means a slipping clutch, glazed belt, and a machine that bogs, won't hold power, or won't move at all. A lot of "my RZR 170 lost power" problems trace straight back to a leaking crank seal soaking the belt. If you're pulling the clutch anyway or chasing an oily belt, replace this seal — they're cheap, and it's a one-shot part once it's disturbed.

Measures 25×38×7mm (ID × OD × width). Replace it any time the drive clutch or case side is opened up.
