Taida Max High Torque Starter Motor for GY6 (232cc) motors is a high-powered starter motor that was designed to turn over larger displacement engines. It uses larger and heavier-duty parts that produce higher torque, necessary to turn over a larger engine or a larger displacement engine. This works great on 232cc builds or other high-compression GY6 builds. The starter motor does require a larger 9amp or more battery and the starter and solenoid wires must be 8-12 gauge. Otherwise, the incorrect battery or wire will damage the starter motor.
