DROWsports Taida GY6 232cc kit is the biggest baddest motor you can build using a GY6 platform.

“Taida 232cc Parts” has all the major components to assemble a complete GY6 232cc motor. We recommend everything in this group as a minimum to convert a stock GY6 150 to big bore 232cc GY6. Taida Watercool 67mm Big Bore Cylinder is also an available option.  Includes: Cylinder Kit, Cylinder Head, Long Crankcase, Crankshaft, Camshaft, Valve Cover, Transmission Bearing.

“GY6 150cc Donor Motor Hardware” This group will include all the miscellaneous hardware that is needed to assemble the motor like nuts, bolts, air shroud, flywheel, starter, etc. We use all BRAND NEW parts & hardware in our DROWsports GY6 Donor Package and hand-pick upgrades on all the parts that needed to be upgraded. DROWsports GY6 Donor Kit has over $150.00 in upgrades. 

“Engine Assemble Service” We at DROWsports take a lot of pride in our motor builds. We measure and check everything from compression ratio to piston wall clearance before we assemble anything. This is the only way to develop a powerful reliable motor.

“ DROW Head Porting Service” We have been developing our head porting for a few years now and made lots of improvements over the years. We highly recommend our ported head as a must-do upgrade. (Can take an additional 1-2 weeks)

"Crankshaft Balancing & Truing Service" We will balance the stroker crankshaft to the piston for better performance and reduce the harmonic of the crank.

"Treatment and Coating" WPC is a metal treatment option that we do to most of our motor builds. WPC Treatment will increase the wear life and reduce friction on all treated surfaces. (will take an additional week to complete)

We offer Taida Black Powder Coated Engine Case. The powder coating is done by Taida with a Satin Black finish.

“Final Drive Gears” Depending on your riding needs we recommend anything from a 2.71:1 to a 2.25:1. Most stock GY6 gear ratio is about 3.07:1 we recommend a 2.25:1 For most street use. If you want more torque or acceleration, you can choose a 2.38:1 or 2.46:1.

“Tuning Upgrades” Performance parts upgrades, these parts will help you dial in the motor for your riding/racing needs. Everything in this group can be added later.
